Food Directions

In our quest to provide customers with top quality, fresh and tasty food onboard our British Airways and flights, we launched Food Directions in 2012.

Having our very own catering operation allows us to simplify processes, increase control and reduce cost, with the ultimate goal to improve customer satisfaction.

Head chef, recipe developer and star of the Prue Leith Cooking Academy, Ero Terpizis and her quality managers, constantly monitor the daily offering and make adjustments as and when required, in line with customer expectations.

The new state-of-the-art Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) compliant bespoke kitchens, consisting of brand new technology, have been designed for maximum productivity and best hygiene practices.

Food Directions facilities are strategically located in Jet Park, Johannesburg and Airport Industria, Cape Town, just 5kms from OR Tambo and Cape Town International Airports respectively.
