kulula.com selects the OpenJaw t-Retail Platform to advance retailing strategy

kulula.com, the largest online travel retailer in South Africa, uses the t-Retail Platform to sell a variety of elements, such as hotel, car and travel packages to its customers. 

The t-Retail Platform enables kulula customers to enjoy an engaging shopping experience, whereby they can browse a compelling collection of travel products and seamlessly book in a single check out.
A number of effective retailing strategies ensure that the airline maximises the value of the shopping cart, such as with the powerful Combine & Save strategy. Now customers can create their own unique vacation packages or “combos” of flights plus accommodation and car rental. Customers can immediately see how much they have saved through the Combine & Save option, compared to if they had separately booked each trip component.
