The t-Retail Platform enables kulula customers to enjoy an engaging shopping experience, whereby they can browse a compelling collection of travel products and seamlessly book in a single check out.
A number of effective retailing strategies ensure that the airline maximises the value of the shopping cart, such as with the powerful Combine & Save strategy. Now customers can create their own unique vacation packages or “combos” of flights plus accommodation and car rental.
